1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access or use of the LORA Security mobile application, web portal, and dashboard services (collectively, the "Services") made available by LORA Security.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. The Services

The Services constitute a digital operations platform designed for security management, encompassing real-time patrol tracking, guard scheduling, shift exchanges, time-off requests, and incident reporting. The Services are provided for professional use by authorized security personnel, administrators, and clients of LORA Security.

3. User Accounts & Security

To use the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an Account. Account registration requires you to submit specific personal information, such as your name, email, phone number, and professional credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and any OTP (One-Time Password) codes sent to your device.
You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

4. Consent to Location Tracking & Background Access

By using the Services as a guard, patrol officer, or operational staff member, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

The App collects and transmits real-time location data, including in the background, to enable location-based check-ins, patrol verification, shift compliance reports, and emergency dispatch.
This tracking is a core component of your professional engagement on the platform. Disabling location access will impair or completely disable your ability to perform security operations using the App.

5. Professional Licensing & Compliance

If you use the Services to perform guard duties or manage security operations, you warrant that you possess all valid, active, and necessary state or local security licenses, guard cards, and permits required by law. LORA Security reserves the right to suspend or block any account that fails to provide proof of compliance or is found to have falsified registration information.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services:

To submit false incident reports or fake shift check-ins.
To impersonate any other person or spoof GPS/location coordinates.
To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App or Services.
To introduce virus files, worms, trojans, or run automated scripts that disrupt server operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

LORA Security shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, or in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for any issues resulting from network dropouts, GPS inaccuracy, or hardware failure during security shifts.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the jurisdiction in which the operations are deployed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
